Author Guidelines

All papers must be submitted online via Microsoft's CMT. The authors will need to register their email with CMT. Here is a link how to create a CMT account: Click here
Kindly ensure that your paper is formatted as per IEEE Conference format (not exceeding 6 pages written in A4 size). Extra pages (beyond 6 maximum 8 pages) are liable to extra page payment charges @ INR 1000 per page.

All submissions will be thoroughly peer-reviewed by experts based on originality, significance and clarity.
Papers must be written in English and use standard IEEE two-column conference templates that can be downloaded Here .
Only papers presenting original content with novel research results or successful innovative applications will be considered for publication in the conference proceeding.
Oral presentation of all the accepted papers is mandatory inorder to be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Manuscript Preparation

The manuscript should be prepared in IEEE conference format. Click here to download the Template. The guidelines given here may help you to prepare the manuscript.
The figures in the manuscript should be of good resolution (600 dpi or more), tables should not be in pictorial format. Figures should be visible within boundary of the text area of the page and MUST not go beyond it.
Do NOT use the author names. Do NOT mention the position of a person (e.g., research scholar, student, assistant professor, professor, IEEE member, IEEE student member etc.)
Do not Mention full address, affiliation, and email of ALL authors, specify a corresponding author with the corresponding e-mail ID. [Once an article is accepted, the author will incorporate the author details in the camera-ready copy].
Do not make page numbering and do not give any running head title.
All submissions will be thoroughly peer-reviewed by experts based on originality, significance and clarity.
Articles must be in spell checked and grammatically correct English.
All references, figures, and tables should be numbered in sequence starting from 1 and MUST be duly cited / referred within the text.
Deeply verify the referencing style of AISC, which will help to produce correct reference format. A reference should bear following parameters in proper format: author name(s), title of article/book, conference/journal name, volume, issue, page numbers, and publication year.

Plagarism Guidelines

The paper prior to submission should be checked for plagiarism from licensed plagiarism softwares like Turnitin/iAuthenticate etc. The similarity content should not exceed 10% (in any case either self contents or others). Further, you have to strictly implement the following ethical guidelines for publication.
Any form of self-plagiarism or plagiarism from others' work(s) should not be there in an article.
If any model / concept / figure / table / data / conclusive comment by any previously published work is used in your article, you should properly cite a reference to the original work.
Also language of explaining it should not be same as language of the work from which you have adopted it.
If you are using any copyrighted material, you should acquire prior permission from the copyright holder.

Author Guidelines

	 The Final Camera-Ready Copy should be strictly according to IEEE format given by IEEE. Use the A4 size template (Please find the attachment for reference.) at

	 Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document/paper. Detailed instructions can be found as follow:
		 For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
		 For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-3025-9/25/$31.00 ©2025 Crown
		 For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-3025-9/25/$31.00 ©2025 European Union
		 For all other papers the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-3025-9/25/$31.00 ©2025 IEEE
	 Include Footer in your Paper for First Page Only.
	 Mention affiliations of all the authors & mail id of all the authors.  Do not mention Salutations like “Dr./Mr./Mrs./Prof./ Research Scholar/Student”.
	 Run a Spellcheck and proofread your paper thoroughly to ensure that it contains no typo and grammatical errors.
	 Include good quality figures/graphics, Tables must be drawn in table format, not as an image. All the references, Figures, Tables, Equations must be cited in the text.
	 Verify if all the Figure No., Table No., Equation Number are included. 
	     Citation must be in ascending order, not in random manner. 
	     Check the Callout/In-text description for all the Figures.
	     Callout/In-text description for all the tables. 
	     Write the equations using either Microsoft equation editor or Math Type tool. 
	     Every equation must have one equation number and respective callout/in-text description.
	
Camera Ready paper should not differ from accepted submission and Similarity Index should not exceed 30% Including References.
Creating your Camera Ready Paper through IEEE PDF eXpress Account Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpressTM site: https://bit.ly/ieee-camera-ready-paper or https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2F The first time authors may refer to the following steps for the creation of camera-ready pdf file Click on “Create account” Enter the following: 64101X for the Conference ID your email address a password Click on “SUBMIT” Button: (An email helpdesk-ieee will be sent to your email) Account Activation: Go to your email and please click on URL ”Click for account activation”. (Email Addressed will be verified) Login to your New IEEE PDF eXpress Account using login credentials Fill the IEEE PDF eXpress User profile: Personal information and Submit; Click ok Go to the “Dashboard” and click on “CREATE NEW TITLE” and continue to enter information as prompted. If Error in converting file, then please correct the paper according to the IEEE Conference paper template and resubmit for the PDF eXpress until “File has been converted successfully” without error. After “File has been converted successfully”, download the Pdf from the “Action” Tab in the Dashboard. Rename the downloaded Pdf as per the format: TEMSMET_PAPERID (Ex: if the paper id 20, the pdf file name as “ICAIHC_ID.No”). Upload the camera-ready pdf file (generated through pdf eXpress) through Microsoft CMT Author console IEEE Conference format (not exceeding 6 pages written in A4 size).
