Authors whose papers have been accepted for presentation/publication at ICAIHC 2026 are requested to complete the registration process within one week from the date of their acceptance email.

Payment confirmation will be intimated through mail and camera ready submission will be opened after this confirmation.

Registration Process

Step 1: Pay the Registration Fee

Authors must pay the registration fee according to their respective registration category as specified in the conference registration fee structure.

Registration Deadline

• All registration formalities must be completed within one week from the date of the acceptance email

Registration Fee and Page Limit Policy

• Authors are requested to pay the registration fee applicable to their category as specified on the conference website.

Paper Length Policy

• The registration fee covers manuscripts of up to 6 pages
• Papers exceeding 6 pages will incur an additional charge of $20.85 per additional page(Max. 2 pages)
• For Indian authors, the equivalent amount in Indian Rupees (INR), calculated based on the prevailing USD-INR exchange rate on the date of payment (approximately ₹2000 per additional page), will be charged.
• Authors must include any applicable extra-page charges while making the registration fee payment.

Important Instructions

• Registration will be considered complete only after:
• Successful payment of the registration fee.
• Submission of the online registration form.
• Upload of payment proof and supporting documents (where applicable).
